Oracle error TNS-12537

What to do if Oracle connection returns error TNS-12537. “No Action Required” is the solution provided in Oracle Manual. Please provide and parameter changes, settings to resolve this. There is a firewall b/n the server and client which allows connection for the particular IP address and port.
