Oracle Forms 10.1.2.0.2 Dynamic Tooltips on a Multi-record block

Is it possible to setup a dynamic tooltip for an item on a Multi-record block? That is – when the user moves the mouse down the list of records on the multi-record block the tooltip will change according to values in the item? I can get it to change when the current record indicator changes – just not when the user moves the mouse over a new record.
