OS not loading up HELP!

Hi

I have a dell inspiron 6400 and the Win XP OS is not loading up.

After it goes past the first DELL screen. It shows a black screen where it says

PBR 2…done
! PBR

Does anyone know what this means and how I can solve it?

I desperately need access to my laptop
