OSPF implementation

hi all,

i am nquite new to OSPF and i would appreciate if anyone could give me an hint on this.
my manager asked me to implement OSPF in our network. we have 2 4506 L3 switches, one 3705, and 2 7206 Router as edge to the wan.
my question is if there is really a need for OSPF with a such small amount of Switches and routers.
Also do you know any website i can look at to start off with OSPF implementation?
