Outbound Sender Filter Exchange 2003

I’m wondering if it’s possible with exchange 2k3 to have an outbound sender filter?

That is I want to block email going out from my exchange 2k3 server if they are of a list of unknown or spoofed addys.

Outbound sender filter please, everything on the box is inbound filtering.
