Outlook 2000 Calendar

I have a calendar published as a public folder- how can I have that public calendar sync with the calendar under the drop-down mailbox name (so that I can sync it with a Palm pilot)? Or even have the Palm sync with a calendar under Personal Folders? Any suggestions?
