outlook 2000 profile crashing

Running outlook2000 on windows2000 os. Outlook crashing if left open longer than a few minutes,(outlook caused application error shutting down). Everyting works fine e-mail, contacts,etc..and if being used will not crash until closed or minimized.Created a new profile exported data, no go same problem. Moved pst file to a new machine with freshly loaded os and oulook. didn’t help. checked for virus’s used detect and repair utility no help. Removed services one by one no help. Upgraded outlook with latest patchs still no help.
