Outlook 2003

I have a small company of 10 employees and 5 computers. Most of my pepole are on roaming profiles but when they go to a diferant computer outlook will not follow. I figured out how to get the e-mail to follow by changing the regsistry, but the email configuration will not follow I have to set up each computer. How do I set up outlook to follow the roaming profiles. I am running server 2003 and the work stations all have xp pro.
