Outlook 2003 Attachement Problems

I have a user who uses outlook 2003 on exchange server 2003, there is one particular email which is sent daily to him which he cannot open. It worked fine until recently. The email shows the paperclip for the attachement in the header but doesn’t show an attachment. If i open the users mailbox from my PC i can see and open the attachments. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it didn’t make any difference. Does anyone have any ideas?
