Outlook 2003 Back up without going to everystation to do it

Is there a way I can back up the .pst in outlook for my users without having to do it manually at every station. I got a Win 2003 server, and about 7 users right now. But we are looking to grow to about double if not more in the coming months and doing a backup of their emails is not going to work.
