Outlook 2003 – Can’t view calendar details

I know there are are previous posts about this topic but i tried them all. Maybe my situation is unique… I got about 4 users (meeting rooms) I open up under the schedueling tab. I am able to see the free/busy blue bars but cannot get the details pop up. My other meeting rooms are fine it’s just these 4 rooms and everybody has the same problem.

What I done: I logged into the rooms and gave myself “owner” permissions and the default is set to “author” permissions. What’s weird is while I’m logged into the room I still can’t see its own details under the schedueling tab. Yes the Planner Options are checked off to show these details. Dead end for me, any ideas?
