Outlook 2003 Crashing

I connected my laptop to an exchange server today and everything appeared to be going well. When I tried to set a signature and clicked the drop down menu to select the created signature Outlook froze, an error message appeared indicating that Outlook had to close and I got an option to send an error report. I found that it errors when ANY drop down menu is accessed. I have run detect and repair twice without success and have uninstalle and reinstalled the Office 2003 Suite without success. It crashes with and without SP3 installed.

Any suggestions or ideas?
