Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003

We are recieveing mnumerous Sytem administrator and undeliverable mail emails in our inbox from messages that we did not send out in the first place. We will recieve about 3 per second at some times. We have verus protection on our server but this seems to be some sort of virus. How should i go about fixing????
