Outlook 2003 on terminal server 2000 CPU usage.

I?m running office outlook 2003 (initially installed outlook 2000 then upgraded it to outlook 2003) on terminal server 2000.
The issue is CPU usage; it?s very high and climps by ~20% per user and the same goes when IE is launched. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
