Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assistant on Terminal Servers

We’re having an issue with Microsoft Office 2003. When people try to open Outlook, it continuously asks them to disable the Out of Office Assistant. We have the latest service pack, and repairing office has not corrected the problem. This issue is only occuring on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 Terminal Server.
