Outlook 2003 + arabic

Dear all,

I have outlook 2003 on one system configures as outlook/exchange mail cleint. Now the same system is configured as pop email client and is no longer connected to exhange server. The problem i am facing is ..the outlook cleint is not displaying arabic masages and task..it just shows some junk charactors..wat could b the problem..
