outlook 2003 print parameter not valid

I am new to this forum. I use server 2003 and outlook 2003. On one computer only I can not print emails. If I log on from another computer I can print the email. I get one or more parameters not valid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook twice. The microsoft website and other sites have not been helpful. I found a post on this site but have not been able to locate it again. Any ideas on how to fix this pc?
