Outlook 2003 – Unable to view body of message

in either preview pane or after double clicking the message. However I can click reply and view the body of the message.

Outlook used to work fine until my client loaded McAffe and XP Service Pack 3 was installing when he cancelled it.

So far I have tried:
1. Disabling McAffe Anti – Virus
2. Removing the anti virus scan on emails
3. Re-Installing Office 2003
4. Downloading and loading Service Pack 3 for XP
5. Tried System Restore but I get message saying it was unable to complete the restore process. I’ve tried 5 dates with the same results.
6. Renamed normal.dot to normal.old and restarted Word.
7. Turned Word off as the editor
8. Tried just viewing as plain text
