outlook 2003 will not open!

Help please! My outlook will not open. I get the following messeage. Unable to open the outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not avalible. Contact your administrator. I’ve searched around and haven’t be able to find help. Any help would be greatful. Thanks
