Outlook 2007 Calendar Issue, Please help!!!!!

I have a slight problem. My boss uses outlook 2007 on an exchange server that is hosted by webville networks. Outlook came preloaded on his new dell. When everything was set up we were still in an exchange 2003 server. We’ve switched to a Outlook 2007 exchange server, but this was well before this problem so I’m not sure if it even matters. When he opened his calendar to the day view, it displayed his appointments and also displayed the time underneath in the appointment bubble. It no longer does that. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to re-enable that feature? I can provide a picture of what i’m talking about.
