Outlook 2007 odd printing problem

I have had a couple of users try to print multiple page emails from Outlook 2007 (Win XP sp2) that seen the font size automatically increase with each page they print out. Has anyone else experienced this…..and more importantly….what caused it and how can it be fixed ??
