I have a Client who work mostly from Home; She was receiving her emails normally until day before yesterday, I have tried to reset her account but then she was unable to login on the domain and I flushed the DNS and push her account to forget the domain and then reset it to the domain.
able to log her back on the domain but she’s unable to receive any email from external sites or clients while the email on outbound are fine she can send emails to everyone to external domains or clients.
I have other 20 user using same exchange server all seems to receive emails from externally and internally. I have been through all of the blogs and post already been answered related to this issue but unable to decide which step I should take first to resolve this matter
I also tried to put a rule over her mailbox so that rather than receiving email in outlook she can have it in her private account but this does not work as well.
It is been 2 days I am looking into this issue and I am getting more and more tense about the situation.I am Using Exchange 2003 sp2 on Small business server r2. I also updated server yesterday with all the required hotfix and updates 🙁 but does not seem to resolve the matter.
