Outlook 2007 Slow download Issue

I’ve been using Outlook 2007 since a long time and never had issue. Just recently, the Send/Receive is a nightmare for me.

When im downloading my emails from the POP3 Server to my outlook it shows me receiving for example 400kb for 4 emails. But the download process is real real slow like downloading 4bytes/400kb etc. Funny thing is, now its also getting stuck when the download reaches 3kb or 4kb and the session terminates.

Any idea? I heard there is a fixx for this issue.

My OS: XP 5.1.2600
My DSL: 256kbps
My Downlink: 28-32kbps (average)
