One of our clients has a server environment with exchange 2007, I have recently upgraded their office 2003 package for office 2007.
The outlook in the 2007 now asks for a username and password when they open outlook for the first time every morning, even when you enter the username and password nothing happens.
There is one old machine thats on the domain and uses the 2003 office and outlook works fine on that.
I have tired the following;-
– Removed PC from domain and re added
– Reinstalled the office package
– Created a new profile in Outlook
– Tried a different user.
Can anyone think of anything else I can try?
