Outlook Anywhere 2010 – Http Authentication Methods error

Hi all!
I have a problem to deploy MS Outlook Anywhere 2010 in my organization.
I have Exchange 2010 on two servers Windows 2008 Standard and one Forefront TMG 2010 on a third Windows 2008 server in the perimeter network (DMZ).
I have set the type of authentication in OWA and in Anywhere on: Basic.
When I try to use the site http://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com to test my OutlookAnywhere configuration, I receive this error:

Procedere come segue:

• Aggiornare la pagina: eseguire una nuova ricerca della pagina scegliendo il pulsante Aggiorna. Il timeout potrebbe essersi verificato a causa di una congestione di Internet.
  
• Controllare l’ortografia: controllare che l’indirizzo della pagina Web specificato sia corretto. L’indirizzo potrebbe non essere stato digitato in modo corretto.
