Outlook attachment print out

Hi Guys,i am battling with my outlook 2003.I want to be able to print out an email to include the attachment with icon and my email signature with a company logo.So when i leave the format in HTML it looks great with from,to,Cc,subject and attachment ,but when printing it it only shows from,sent and to with no attached file but it has my signature with logo.Then i change it to rich text or plain text then the attached files shows when printing it out,but not my logo of my signature.Please help!!!!!!!
