Outlook Auto forward New Messages Macro? HELP PLEASE!!

I need to write a macro to auto-forward new messages in outlook every fifteen minutes to another email address. Can anyone write this for me? A RULE WILL NOT WORK FOR ME due to security prorocols on my enterprise server. I have asked on other sites and noone can help me… Thanks!
