Outlook backup on a network

On our Novell/Win 2000 network we’re using MS Oulook. We don’t have our own mail server, our ISP
manages our Emails.

I have the outlook folders(.pst files) stored on the server where it’s backed up every night.
Some users complain however that when the server is down they don’t have access to their contacts and other info. Storing the .pst files on their hard drive is too risky.

What do you think the best solution is??
