Outlook Calendar Busy search

by wolmaral . Updated 17 years, 6 months ago

Hi, I would appreciate it if someone can assist me on what procedure I should follow to ensure that I can conduct a busy search on my internal Colleagues if I wish to schedule such individual(s) for a meeting on the Outlook Calendar. I am running on Office 2007, OS is Vista. I am not sure if it could be an Exchange Server issue as then I will have a problem as I am working as an Infrastructure Project Manager Consultant on a Contractual basis for a Telecoms Company. I logged calls for IT Specialists to assist me with the problem but unfortunately the Organization is running on XP and Office 2003.

I receive a No Information response on the Scheduling Assistant of the Calendar on Outlook as well as no free busy time can be retrieved.

I went as far as contacting and loggig calls assigned to the supplier of the licensed software for assistance, but to no avail. It is not pirate copies it is original licensed software I purchased. Piracy is out!!!!

Any proposals will be greatful as I attempted many before.

Thanks
