Outlook client in Win95/98

My Outlook 98/2000 which install on Win95/98 takes a very long time to make connect with Exchange 5.5 Server. This is not happen in my WinNT client with outlook. As form MS site it find that WinNT support RPC but not in Win9x. Can any one solve my problem.
