Outlook connectivity

The option in Outlook”Connect using SSL only? gets ticked itself .Once the mailbox is configured ,the settings are saved without ticking this option but as soon as the computer updates the policy, this option in the mailbox gets ticked on its own.

Can you suggest which policy might be effecting…policy is applied on computer or User?
Plzzz help
