Outlook Crashing

We have a laptop with Windows 2000, and Office 2000 installed on it. Adobe Photoshop was installed on the machine yesterday. Since Adobe was installed, Outlook keeps crashing, and you cannot open Word attachments or print e-mails etc. I uninstalled Photoshop, rebooted and had the same result in Outlook. I uninstalled office 2000, rebooted, and reinstalled Office 2000. The same thing happened. I then disconnected the network cable, and logged on offline, and everything then worked fine. ( Using the Synchronised information ). When reconnected to the network, all the problems came back. HELP PLEASE !!!!
