Outlook error

Outlook was installed from the Office XP package. This is a new PC for a user whose data was transfered from another PC. The email is accessed from a Microsoft Exchange Server.

When the user tries to update or send an appointment, two errors come up. The first states that an “error occurred when spell checking” (comes up twice) and then an “internal function returned an error.” There are not any problems with sending emails from the same program.

What do you think could be the problem?
