[Outlook/Exchange 2003] deleted items in their own mailbox

Is it possible when outlook is connected to a 2003 exchange server , using 2 mailboxes in a single profile , that if a user for example Jan removes a message from his own mailbox it ends up in his own deleted items. And not in the deleted items for example Piet?

Piets mailbox is added first , and Jans mailbox is added later on in the same profile.

Using different profiles isnt an option.

Who knows the solution to this?
