Outlook / Exchange Synch for offline

If when I set up Outlook2000 as Corporate to use Exchange mailbox and I specify portable – Outlook synchs with Exchange for offline use. Where does Outlook store the offline data? I know its not a .pst file. I want to import to a personal folder from whatever it is.
