Outlook Express 6.0 freezing up.

I have WIN98SE, PIII/550MHZ, 128MB Ram, 20GB HDD. Whenever I click a link in my recd emails in OE6 the whole screen freezes even with a good Dial Up connection. Same thing sometimes happens in MSN messenger when I click the top link to check for Hotmail emails. I have already reinstalled IE ver 6.0.2600 over the existing version without success. Thoroughly checked for viruses none found. If I do CTRL-ALT-DEL to get rid of the frozen OE screen & restart it & then click the link it opens up immediately but the new window comes on very small approx 2″ X 2″ although I can expand it normally. Netscape gives no trouble whatsoever in this regard. Please help. Regrads – Khushroo Dholoo
