Outlook From Address is blank on forwarded emails

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003. I am receiving email for 3 different email accounts (Mine, The Administrator, and the Generic MIS email). When I forward or reply to an email the From Address is always blank and I have to select my address or type it. Is there a way to set the default From Address
