Outlook Icon

Somehow I have managed to create a copy of the Outlook icon in a fixed point on every display/screen. It is a normal sized icon with a red circle with a red line crossed through it in top left corner of the icon. I cannot remove, move or delete this icon.
Can anyone help me remove this icon please?
