Outlook in Terminal services

When performing certain functions like printing or adding to an address book, the outlook client appears to disconnect from the exchange server (a little balloon appears, saying so in the bottom right corner on the
connect status icon) this only happens in the terminal server hosted copies of outlook, so its probably a TS issue. I can’t remember the exact wording of the error but its along the lines of “Outlook needs to connect to the exchange server to complete this operation” and any attempt to connect fails. Recreating an outlook profile fixes it temporarily though.
