Outlook meeting request causes a netmeeting error

The problem is when my client receives a meeting request in outlook that is set to use netmeeting he gets this error “The online meeting feature requires microsoft netmeeting 2.11 or later. You can eiher install it by running IE5Setup.exe from the IE5 folder located on your CD, or download it from http://www.microsoft.com/netmeeting/.”

The client has Netmeeting 3.01 and Outlook 2003 SP2 on WinXP. I have tried reinstalling both netmeeting and outlook but the problem still occurs.

I have also tried rebuilding the profile based registry entries for outlook and netmeeting, still no results.

Any suggestions on where to go with this would be greatly appreciated.
