Outlook Not Functioning

I just had to reinstall my OS (WIN2K), due to a problem with Norton Anti Virus. I tried to repair the OS but that wouldn’t work. So I reinstalled it in a different folder (WIN2K instead of WINNT). I then installed Office 2k with all the options checked.

After I was told the installation was successful I reconfigured my network settings and got Outlook Express working. When ever I try to get into Outlook (Outlook not Outlook Express), I get an error that say Operation Failed!

Any ideas?
