Outlook Problem

I have a customer using Outlook who frequently receives e-mails (sometimes from me) that have all the HTML code exposed. This especially true if there is an attachment like a video file. I have uninstalled/re-installed, run scanpst, renamed the OST file to OST.old, and disabled the virus scan. The problem is intermittent, but frequent. I disabled all add-ons
