Outlook public shared calender doesnt update between clients

For the longest time I have not had any problems with the Outlook public shared calender. Now when updates are made to the public shared calender no one recives the updated portion. The only change that I have made our exchange server is that I had to increase the database size due to our volume. Any ideas?
