Outlook reminder pop up’s not working

Any idea’s on how to fix calendar reminder pop up’s ?
I have run outlook /cleanreminders , reinstated expired pop up’s and checked advanced pop up options, as well as done all the obvious checks but still no luck. Also spoken to Microsoft support, which was as good as talking to a brick wall.

Anyone have any other ideas ?
