Outlook sending 2 read receipts

I have a user that travels accesses remotely using Vista and Outlook 2007. When he asks Outlook to send a Read Receipt notice, it always send two. Doesn’t seem to be any other problems. It happens when he is sending from our outsourced email server (Rackspace) only. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
