Outlook unknown error

Dear all IT Pro

I have a customer running exchange 2003 and they are facing a quite minor problem but it wont affect send and recieve email process.

This problem only occur for remote user and wont affect webmail user. The problem is when they start to run outlook 2003 and exit this application, an error will occur in the send and recieve process as below:

Task “Microsoft Exchange server ‘reported error (0x80040119) ‘unknown error 0x80040119

I have already tried the Microsoft article 814441 so find out but it seem that not a same issue cause all the remote user is using offline file and dun have OST nor PST file in their workstation.

Is anyone of you had experience it before?
