Outlook Web Access 2003 stopped working for no reason

This morning when I came to work, OWA was not working. I have tired restarting the local computer in the IIS and even after restart nothing has changed.
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem without having to restart the Exchange server.

Firefox, instead of giving standard Server Not Found message, states that connection was reset before the page completed loading.
