Outlook will only print headers (IE7 Problem?)

We have users complaining about outlook only printing headers but it seems to be only on HP LJ 4000 machines. Is there anyone out there that has had this problem and figured a way to fix it? We had just pushed out IE7 and I believe it to be connected to the glitch.
