Is anyone else experiencing this? We have both Office97/2K clients. Folks the don’t use Word as there editor have no problems. Folks that do use Word as their email editor have to re-spack their OS. This happens in NT4, but is very prevalent in W2Kpro installs. We’re running SP2 for W2K, and the problem still occurs.
THE PROBLEM: During the normal use of Outlooks, the client (myself included) will get a msg to the effect that “there’s not enough memory to open a font”…OR… Outlook starts running extremely slow, and task manager reports Outlook as ‘not responding’.
A re-spacking takes care of the problem. There’s been nothing common as to what brings it on, except the use of Word as the editor.
Have not been able to find a service release that claim to solve the problem.
Anyone ? ! Thanks
