OUTLOOK97 setup as Scheduler on WAN?

This is the scenario:
8 different locations [approximately 60 users] connecting through a WAN. All users are connected to a main Novell 4.11 server via WAN, LAN or internet. User operating system = Windows 95 [non-profit organization. Can Outlook 97 [or maybe 2000] be setup as a COMMON Scheduler or Calendar for all 60 users to access and interact with for the purpose of central scheduling of appointments. If the answer is YES, how do I set it up. If No, what other options are there?
